Honoring Dr Adno Gatah, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of the Year 2026
Hi-Gate Pediatrics is proud to celebrate our founder and provider, Adno Gatah, DNP, APRN, CNP, for receiving the 2026 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of the Year Award from the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) Minnesota Chapter.
This award recognizes Adno’s years of compassionate care, leadership, and dedication to improving the health of children and families across Minnesota. She was also honored for founding Hi-Gate Pediatrics in Minneapolis to provide welcoming, culturally responsive care to diverse communities and families.

Urgent Care
Sudden illnesses or minor injuries, not life-threatening
- Fever, cold, flu, RSV, and COVID symptoms
- Ear infections and sore throats (including strep)
- Mild asthma symptoms or breathing concerns
- Vomiting, diarrhea, and mild dehydration
- Rashes, eczema, and non-severe allergic reactions
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
- Minor burns, cuts, and wounds (including stitches)
- Sprains, minor fractures, and injuries
- Nosebleeds and minor head injuries
- Insect bites and skin infections
- Foreign object removal (nose, ear, skin)
Pediatric Primary
Preventive care, long-term, and ongoing medical needs
- Well-child visits and annua checkups

We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we welcome walk-ins. No appointment is necessary; just bring your child in, and we will take good care of them.
